Were looking for an exceptional relationship builder with a strong sales background and venture capital experience. You will be responsible for developing new LP relationships, raising capital across our funds, managing existing LP relationships, and helping create a superior experience across every touchpoint for our limited partners.
As our Director of GTM Talent and Network, you’ll codify and scale the powerful, founder-first recruiting support we already deliver—especially around GTM leaders—and elevate it into a differentiated edge for Scale. You’ll help founders win top talent, teach them how to recruit like marketers, and build a dynamic operator network that supports our companies and sharpens our competitive edge at the term sheet stage.
We’re hiring a Director of Communications at Scale Venture Partners. This role is about building, not following playbooks—leading PR, social, and thought leadership while shaping how Scale shows up in the world. I need a Bay Area–based storyteller with deep VC ecosystem experience who’s curious, data-driven, AI-savvy, and hungry to push boundaries. You’ll be my thought partner—and have your fingerprints on Scale’s future.
As an Event Marketer at Standard Metrics, you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers, prospects, partners, and broader entrepreneurial community through high-quality, thoughtfully executed events. You’ll be responsible for bringing our community together in person and creating experiences that support our sales, marketing, customer success, recruiting, and partnership efforts. You’ll own external events end-to-end, from early planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish. Travel is a core part of this role, as in-person presence is essential to delivering successful events.
