Initialized Capital SF Seed VC is looking for a Content Lead. Reporting to the Head of Comms, they will own the founder newsletter, firm blog, support podcast production, and manage social feeds. Looking for someone whos handled video shoots, knows how to turn events into content, has 4+ years of experience and strong technical writing for smart audiences. Must be based in the SF Bay Area and able to travel when needed.

Jack and Jill is changing how companies hire. We’re ~28 people, backed by $60M, headquartered in London and building fast. We launched in San Francisco earlier this year and now we need someone to make the Bay Area’s startup world stop and pay attention. This is a role for a true superconnector: someone who can throw a room-stopping event and turn it into content that reaches ten times the people who showed up. Every event is two things at once: a real-life moment and a content asset. You run it, you capture it, you amplify it. That’s the loop, and you own it end to end.

We’re looking for a Communications and Community Manager to lead and execute across our communications, content, and community initiatives. This role is ideal for a sharp writer and creative operator who loves VC, tech, and startups, and who thrives on autonomy and the ability to execute independently.
