You will serve as a trusted guide to founders preparing for or actively raising capital. You will advise Founders as they manage their fundraising journey, from developing a clear capital strategy to managing investor outreach to closing the deal. This role is for someone who thrives on empowering founders, not doing the work for them.

This role leads Foundation Capital’s go‑to‑market business development, building and scaling programs that drive revenue and generate insights for our early-stage founders.

Greenhouse is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Emerging Business and Partnerships to join our team! This Product Marketing Manager, Emerging Business and Partnerships will drive our go-to-market strategy for our highest-potential new bets and partner-led solutions. This role sits at the intersection of emerging products including Greenhouse Onboarding, HRIS Link, new AI-powered capabilities, MyGreenhouse, Real Talent, and future innovations and our strategic partner ecosystem embedded and resold products, large HRIS partners, and preferred technology partners. You’ll ensure we have crisp narratives, compelling offers, and repeatable motions that help customers understand the value of our newest solutions and “better together” partner stories. You’ll work closely with Product, Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and channel/partner teams to shape new offerings, define how they show up in market, and build the GTM muscle that turns early traction into scalable growth. This is a strategic and hands-on role, with a mix of upstream product work, launch execution, and ongoing iteration to support GTM campaigns.

This role will own and run the experiences, systems, and daily operations that are our secret sauce to staying connected to our community of founders, LPs, and team members. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who loves making things happen: events that feel thoughtful and high-touch, offices that run smoothly, and systems that actually work.
