Were seeking a driven business development professional to join as our first Originations Associate. This role will focus on managing high-value deal flow channels for the firm and building agentic infrastructure for our sourcing platform.

Build and manage institutional-grade processes across fund administration, LP communications, compliance, and firm infrastructure. Own fund admin relationships, capital calls/distributions, investor reporting, and audit coordination. Lead LP communications and support fundraising. Implement compliance policies and oversee vendors. Manage HR, IT, and internal operations. 5–10+ years in VC/PE/fund admin. Strong Excel, fund economics, and project management skills.

The Director of Finance and Operations oversees the firm’s accounting, fund finance, and key related operational functions across Quona’s funds and corporate management entities. Reporting to the COO, this individual plays a central role in ensuring that the firm maintains best-in-class financial management, investor reporting, and operational processes as it continues to scale. This is a highly visible, hands-on role.
