What Youll Bring To The Role Bachelors degree from a top-tier school in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred. 4-5 years in investment banking and private equity or 6+ years in corporate development, venture capital, or management consulting esp. Transaction Services or Valuation with a focus on technology and SaaS industries. Previous experience leading aspects of MandA transactions, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear recommendations. The Manager will own the model during evaluation and finance, eventually handing off to finance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to senior leadership and stakeholders.
