Stray is hiring an Operations and Finance Lead to treat these functions as a form of systems stewardship: building reports that shift how LPs understand their role in financial systems change; a fund model designed for portfolio resilience rather than for outsized returns; internal systems that let our small team see whats emerging in the field well enough to act on both financial and non-financial opportunities.

This role will serve as the principal finance manager for several emerging venture capital firms. You will help build and maintain fund models, capital budgets, and portfolio monitoring systems. We’ll teach you our way, you just have to be motivated and curious.
