Our Operations Associate will sit at the heart of a fund backing tech founders solving planet-scale problems and to help build the connective tissue that makes it all run brilliantly behind the scenes. From crafting content, running intimate dinners, offsites, and flagship events, to improving how we work and getting deep into systems, comms and strategy, this role is beautifully varied and endlessly energising.

This role will serve as the principal finance manager for several emerging venture capital firms. You will help build and maintain fund models, capital budgets, and portfolio monitoring systems. We’ll teach you our way, you just have to be motivated and curious.

You’ll be a TVP analysis weapon. Across our existing and future company portfolio, you’ll support and serve our co-founders and add value through analysis and reporting for firm partners. You’ll identify new opportunities in markets and contribute directly in the investment thesis development process. As Analyst, you will augment our internal research function and make and defend hypotheses collaboratively as a part of the investment team.
