You will serve as a trusted guide to founders preparing for or actively raising capital. You will advise Founders as they manage their fundraising journey, from developing a clear capital strategy to managing investor outreach to closing the deal. This role is for someone who thrives on empowering founders, not doing the work for them.

You’ll help founders achieve their primary goal: how to build their companies faster. You’ll design great founder experiences, orchestrate mentors and programming, and connect portfolio teams to the resources that change their trajectory. Female Founders Fund is seeking a Platform Operations Associate to support the execution of our platform strategy across events, content, podcast, communications, and internal operations, with a primary focus on event execution and logistics. The role is execution-heavy and hands-on, supporting a fast-moving platform calendar that includes in-person programming, founder communications, content production, and fund operations.
